I work with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, parent/child relationship issues, and trauma. I help individuals and families to identify healthy boundaries, coping skills, and communication skills that improve their ability to engage in a healthy manner with others.  I support clients as they embrace transformation for a healthier mind, body, and spirit. 

 

Using a Client Focused Therapy approach, I assist people in finding solutions to problems they are struggling with by teaching tools available for success such as healthy coping skills, relaxation techniques, and healthy communication. I also use PCIT to help parents and their young children to regulate their emotions and behaviors in a healthy manner.
